Until our present and since 1947, when the cellar was founded in Villarrobledo by Fermín Ayuso Roig, the most depurated techniques of elaboration and preservation of the wines have been incorporated, without forgetting the craft tradition, the careful elaboration and ageing.

In 1961 we started selling bottled wines, beginning its commercialization in Albacete and Jaén, expanding our market and our range of products. In 1965 we started the commercialization of our brand ESTOLA, being the first RESERVA wine of DO La Mancha.

Nowadays, Bodegas Ayuso is one of the largest producer and bottler of La Mancha wines, with a net distribution of more than 200 wholesalers in the Spanish geography and from 1985 worldwide, being currently present in Central Europe, Scandinavian countries, Canada, some states of the United States, Japan, Central America and New Zealand, among others.

The latest innovations that have been made are the followings: reception of grapes managed on computer at all, with analysis and authomatic classification, refrigeration installation for controlled fermentation of the wines and its posterior conservation, filtering plant capable to obtain wines ready for its commercialization with an output of 100.000 litres/hour, that become it in one of the most capable and modern in Spain, sterilization filtering equipment, in order to make sure the perfect maintenance of wines, bottling machine, completely automated with a capacity of 18.000 bottles an hour, being one of the most efficient and sofisticated that exists in our country, for the bottling of wines.
