Until our present and since 1947, when the cellar was founded in Villarrobledo by Fermín Ayuso Roig, the most depurated techniques of elaboration and preservation of the wines have been incorporated, without forgetting the craft tradition, the careful elaboration and ageing.

In 1961 we started selling bottled wines, beginning its commercialization in Albacete and Jaén, expanding our market and our range of products. In 1965 we started the commercialization of our brand ESTOLA, being the first RESERVA wine of DO La Mancha.

Nowadays, Bodegas Ayuso is one of the largest producer and bottler of La Mancha wines, with a net distribution of more than 200 wholesalers in the Spanish geography and from 1985 worldwide, being currently present in Central Europe, Scandinavian countries, Canada, some states of the United States, Japan, Central America and New Zealand, among others.

The latest innovations that have been made are the followings: reception of grapes managed on computer at all, with analysis and authomatic classification, refrigeration installation for controlled fermentation of the wines and its posterior conservation, filtering plant capable to obtain wines ready for its commercialization with an output of 100.000 litres/hour, that become it in one of the most capable and modern in Spain, sterilization filtering equipment, in order to make sure the perfect maintenance of wines, bottling machine, completely automated with a capacity of 18.000 bottles an hour, being one of the most efficient and sofisticated that exists in our country, for the bottling of wines.

In Bodegas Campos Reales we preserve traditional methods that we know should not be changed... harvesting by hand, traditional pruning, the importance of the local varieties, oak barrel ageing.

The calcareous-clayey soils with shallow formations of sands and pebbles, are ideal for retaining the maximum amount of water, a fundamental element in a land where water is scarce.
The weather's extreme circumstances of cold winters and hot summers give way to an excellent quality grape.

The dream of founding Bodegas Centro Españolas, the first winery Chateau style in Castile-La Mancha, came true in 1991 when three families combined the most advanced technology and local traditions. Focused on exportation, Allozo wines are now present in more than 30 countries all over the world. 
The Allozo project is based on the intensive work in specially selected vineyards, carried out by our vine growers and oenologists to extract the essence from the different varieties and terroirs. The whole process of production and bottling takes place in our installations to give rise to Young, Crianza, Reserva and Gran Reserva wines that will age in our 3800 oak barrels to obtain the appropriate maturity, and then finish their evolution in our wine racks where they will reach the characteristic balance of Great Wines. 
Many awards support our Allozo wines, first in Castile-La Mancha to win the Gold Medal at the Challenge International du Vin in Bourdeaux and the National Championship in Ljubljana 2006, the world’s longest wine contest. These and many other recognitions make Bodegas Centro Españolas and Allozo wines the most laureate in Castile-La Mancha.

Bodegas Cristo de la Vega is located in the heart of the DO La Mancha, in the small village of Socuéllamos, in the province of Ciudad Real (Castilla-La Mancha, Spain). It was founded in 1955 by 25 vine growers, giving continuity to the project that they already had in common for many years before. Year by year, Bodegas Cristo de la Vega became bigger and bigger, elaborating better and more sophisticated wines, as the result of the enthusiasm of the whole village.

Founded in 1946 “Bodegas La Remediadora” has worked to obtain the best wines. In this way, it counts with modern facilities and the best technology, as well as capacity to elaborate 200.000 Hl. 
Every year, 10 million kilograms of grapes are collected and selected, after having been cultivated by their associates in more than 1600 ha of their own vineyards. The main varieties grown by La Remediadora are Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet, Bobal and Tempranillo for reds and Airén, Macabeo, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscatel for whites. 
The winery counts with modern facilities of grape processing, deposits of different capacities that allow us to ferment large volumes as well as small. Everything constructed in stainless steel and other special materials that guarantee conditions of optimum hygiene and conservation.
We counted on 1600 ha of vineyards on a privileged soil, with an argillaceous-limestone, which is ideal for their physical structure and composition. At the moment we elaborate around 10 million litres, with reds accounting for 60% of the production, 5% rose and 35% white wines.
The winery has a barrel room with more than 500 American and French oak barrels to produce our best aged wines as Reserva, Crianza and Roble wines.

We are producing two brands of bottle wine with DO Mancha: La Villa Real and Tópico.

The three Parra brothers, Francisco, Javier and Luis, were experimenting in organic agriculture making their first organic wine in 1996 in a family winery located in the village of Las Mesas. In 1993 they created the winery “Cuesta Colorá” on a hilltop from where the whole Castilla-La Mancha plain can be seen. 
Nowadays, they sell around 5 million bottles abroad being well-known in the organic sector. The cellar has a current capacity of 4 million litres approximately, counting with 630 oak barrels, out of which 350 of French oak, 100 of Russian, Hungarian and Rumanian oak and 180 of American oak. 
The winery has vineyards around Las Mesas in Cuenca and Carrascosa del Haro.
Irjimpa takes 350has of land, from which 180has are of vineyards. The winery is in constant development, planning an increase of capacity and barrels at the end of this 
The winery is also certified in Demeter as biodynamic agriculture.

Bodegas Illana produce under DO La Mancha since 2003.

By the 1626 when the King of Spain Felipe IV gave the Finca Buenavista Estate to Prosper family. We are the 4th generation at this family business. Finca Buenavista has 100 hectares of vineyards.
 
We have a wide range white and red wines from our own vineyards, many traditional grape varieties from the region, Sauvignon Blanc, Bobal, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon...

We have always been very faithful to our origins and we are the fourth generation of vine growers; our passions are grapes and high quality wines. For this reason, agriculture (and more particularly viticulture) is our way of life.

Bogarve 1915. is a family winery located in Madridejos (Toledo), 120 km south of Madrid. The company was founded in 1905, though since 1915 the owning family has been producing wines continuously.  
Family’s long history, currently in its fourth generation, dedicated to making wine and spirits guarantees their qualities.
In 1996 the company starts with its first vineyard plantings in order to ensure not only the quality but also the supply for their bottling. Currently has a vineyard area of about 60 hectares of his property. It has also agreements with suppliers of another 1,500 hectares.
In summertime, the winery makes vineyards track not only in their vineyards but also in its suppliers making continuous analysis of their grapes in order to establish the best time to harvest. The harvest is always done at night, to ensure the best temperature to prevent undesired spontaneous fermentation and preserve all of its primary aromas.
The winery has modern facilities, which produce annually around 15.000.000 kgs of grapes and has a storage capacity of 19.000.000 liters of wine, all of their tanks are stainless steel and also the machinery for receiving, processing and development of all its products. It also has modern equipment such as: 1.300.000 BTU cooling, inerting equipment for wines and musts with nitrogen and CO2, a laboratory with the latest technological innovations (analysis equipment by infrared, gas chromatography, spectrophotometry allowing comprehensive control of the quality of musts and wines) and qualified staff with great experience.

Founded in 1961, Virgen de las Viñas Bodega y Almazara is currently made up of about 3,000 members. It´s the largest winery in Europe with receiving and processing of own product. Grape comes exclusively from the 23,000 hectares of vineyards of their partners. Protected under the DO La Mancha, has varieties such as Airén, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, among others.

It has two production sites: Tomelloso (central) and Arenales de San Gregorio. Both located in Castilla-La Mancha, the region of the largest vineyard in the world.

The center covers an area of 170,000 m². Annually significant investment in technological improvements is undertaken, in order to achieve the highest level of exigency and quality products. It has safety certifications IFS and BRC Food and environment ISO 14001.
